Debby Zucker considers herself a San Antonio native as her dad grew up by Woodlawn Lake. Her family visited the city between her father’s naval assignments before he retired here in 1964. She received her accounting degree from UTSA. Her corporate accounting experience was with 2 San Antonio icons – Datapoint and Builders Square.

Debby served as Vice President of Finance for the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce for 17 years before retiring in 2019. Preferring semi-retirement, she now works part-time as a bookkeeper for a local company. She and her husband, Irwin, have been married 32 years.
